Cris closes in on Lyon return

Olympique Lyonnais captain Cris will discover this weekend if he has a chance of facing Manchester United FC in the UEFA Champions League first knockout round second leg on Tuesday.
The 30-year-old Brazilian international centre-back has not played for the French champions since tearing ligaments in his right knee against Toulouse FC in August but, having appeared for the reserves last week, may return to action against LOSC Lille Métropole on Saturday:

One thing is obvious – if he does not play against Lille this weekend, I cannot pick him against United. I must talk to him to know [how he is], but he's aware that he's just coming back.
